Description
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for all questions and advice regarding our customers’ claims files.
- You will open claims files and contact customers and brokers to gather any missing information.
- You will manage claims files efficiently, ensuring that customers and brokers can count on prompt and smooth processing.
- You will determine the insured’s compensation based on a careful evaluation, assessment, and analysis.
- You accurately apply the rules and guidelines and monitor compliance with procedures and the accuracy of all data.
- You maintain contact with all parties involved, from the customer to the expert, and provide them with clear and accurate information about their case.
- You ensure thorough administrative follow-up and strive to provide an efficient, professional service that results in an optimal settlement at the end of the process.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in an economic discipline such as insurance, law, or finance, or has equivalent experience, preferably in motor claims management.
- Has 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Is strong in administrative tasks and works accurately, with a clear focus on customer service.
- Communicates professionally and clearly, both in writing and over the phone.
- Is resilient under stress, performs well under pressure, and demonstrates flexibility in their work.
- Has an excellent command of Dutch; also has a good command of French due to contact with French-speaking clients; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Is a true multitasker who is able to set priorities and manage various tasks efficiently.
