Description
- You will receive and log all requests submitted by company employees and subcontractors, regardless of how they are received (by phone, email, fax, or messages);
- You will analyze the requests and reports to create a ticket or take appropriate action;
- You will handle the processing and follow-up of incidents related to business, IT development, and IT infrastructure;
- You will monitor IT operations using the integrated monitoring system.
Your profile
- Has relevant work experience in securities administration at a brokerage firm, financial institution, or custodian;
- Has a thorough understanding of financial markets and financial products;
- Is fluent in both French and Dutch;
- Is accurate, well-organized, and able to effectively set priorities;
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and prefers working as part of a team;
- Is characterized by a high degree of commitment and reliability.
