Description
- You’ll be part of an enthusiastic team of 15 professionals working together toward shared goals.
- You’ll serve as the key liaison for a regional group of real estate agents, building trust in the relationship.
- You provide guidance to real estate agents via email and phone and ensure their cases are handled efficiently and accurately.
- You work closely with the Sales department and share experiences and solutions with your immediate colleagues.
- You independently conduct risk analyses for clients and make recommendations for suitable insurance options, taking into account applicable rates and underwriting criteria.
- You use a modern broker application to support and advise brokers, enabling them to handle many tasks on their own; your focus is on providing advice, not just on administrative tasks.
- You focus entirely on the client’s needs and provide friendly and effective service.
- You actively listen to clients and distill the key points from conversations to accurately understand their needs.
- You think proactively and work together to develop the best solutions.
- You identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and convince both real estate agents and clients of the value of the products offered.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Insurance or Legal Practice and has some initial experience.
- Has a strong command of Dutch and French.
- Meets the requirements for theoretical knowledge and practical experience within PCP or is willing to undergo further training in these areas.
