Description
- You manage the files related to complaints arising from disputes between consumers and various players in the insurance sector;
- You seek solutions that are acceptable to all parties involved and, when necessary, inform them of their rights and obligations;
- In collaboration with contacts at insurance companies, you gather all relevant information;
- You will advise our clients on the necessary next steps and assist in formulating recommendations for the industry;
- You will translate decisions into concrete actions, including drafting advisory documents.
Your profile
- Holds a master’s degree in law or a comparable advanced degree in the field of insurance;
- Has gained experience in the field of non-life insurance or with an insurance intermediary, which is considered a valuable asset;
- Is a native Dutch speaker with a good command of French;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Is able to work independently but also functions well as part of a team.
