Description
- You are responsible for the daily allocation of cash, including entering data into financial systems and maintaining the cash book;
- You ensure the accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts;
- You investigate and resolve payment discrepancies quickly and efficiently;
- You actively work to reduce unallocated cash;
- You support month-end closing activities;
- You follow up on outstanding invoices, both via phone calls and emails;
- You perform credit control activities to ensure payment terms are met;
- You process supplier invoices with a focus on accuracy and proper approval;
- You collaborate with the team at our offices in Brussels and London;
- You take on other credit control or financial tasks as requested by your manager.
Your profile
- Is fluent in Dutch and English, and possibly French as well;
- Places a high value on precision and attention to detail;
- Is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Learns quickly and has a strong learning curve;
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Has a positive, proactive attitude;
- Is good at setting priorities and has strong organizational skills;
- Preferably, the candidate has relevant work experience.
