Description
- You work with the customer over the phone to initiate the loan application and ensure that the application is processed quickly and efficiently;
- You have a strong commercial mindset and listen attentively to the customer’s needs; you support, advise, and guide them in choosing their loan product. Based on their needs, you present the most suitable option;
- As the primary point of contact, you keep customers informed of the progress of their application;
- You review contracts, supporting documents, legal disclosures, and signatures to ensure everything is in order;
- As part of your professional development, you will eventually have the opportunity to evaluate credit applications and make decisions.
Your profile
- Has excellent knowledge of French and a good command of Dutch (bilingualism is a plus);
- Combines a customer-focused approach with the ability to perform under pressure and works well with others;
- Works independently and in an organized manner, with a clear approach;
- Places great value on accuracy and precision in their work;
- Enjoys communicating with customers over the phone and values the opportunity to advise them;
- Preferably has experience in the credit sector.
