Description
- You will manage complex claims files within the Corporate segment, with a focus on liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, and cyber risks;
- You are responsible for managing routine claims files; knowledge of property and liability insurance is a plus;
- You thoroughly analyze insurance policies and claims;
- You advise clients on the progress of their claims files;
- You meet with and visit clients to follow up on claims;
- You participate in expert assessments, demonstrating clear expertise in the field;
- You conduct necessary negotiations with insurers and experts to achieve the best solution for our clients.
Your profile
- Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of Liability, Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability, and Cyber Risks;
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or has an equivalent educational background in Insurance or Law through experience;
- Is fluent in Dutch (this is an absolute requirement). Proficiency in English is necessary, while knowledge of French is a plus;
- Is flexible and can easily adapt to different situations and requirements;
- Is willing to actively participate in expert meetings and client meetings;
- Has an analytical mindset, enabling him/her to thoroughly investigate claims and policies;
- Can identify and resolve issues within claims files;
- Works independently and proactively, while also valuing collaboration and being a true team player.
