- You are the point of contact for customers and help them realize their financial goals and projects.
- You encourage personal interaction and ensure that customer inquiries are carefully followed up on.
- You offer solutions to customers who dream of owning a home or want to protect their family financially.
- You help clients realize their projects through your advice.
- You are part of a dynamic team within the bank branch and contribute to team cohesion.
- You actively participate in the development of your branch and strengthen its position within the local community.
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience providing advisory services in various banking sectors.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You are customer-focused and possess excellent communication skills.
- You are proactive and work efficiently: in consultation with your manager, you take initiatives that contribute to commercial success.
- You can work independently and are well-organized. You take responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
