Description
- Open claims files within the claims department and with the relevant insurance company;
- Gather all information regarding insurance coverage, assigned liability, and the circumstances surrounding the claim;
- Review the general and specific terms and conditions of insurance policies to understand the terms and limits of coverage;
- Keep the client informed about the coverage they are entitled to as well as the progress of their case;
- Represent and defend clients’ interests during the claims process;
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including adjusters and insurance companies, to ensure effective follow-up.
Your profile
- Holds a degree relevant to the position (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Insurance or Law, or IFAPME Insurance Broker certification) or has significant experience in this field;
- Has at least 5 years of proven experience in claims management;
- Has a solid understanding of claims in the AUTO and FIRE sectors;
- Proficiency with the BRIO tool is strongly preferred, along with a willingness to learn quickly, supported by our internal training program;
- Holds the FSMA certifications required to practice (PCP/RDI, Assur Mifid, continuing education, etc.) or is committed to obtaining them quickly through our internal training program;
- Is motivated to complete the internal training program to become proficient in AUTO and FIRE insurance;
- Demonstrates genuine motivation and a desire to invest in developing their skills and energy toward a new challenge;
- Demonstrates empathy to better understand clients’ needs and offer them appropriate solutions;
- Is a skilled, independent, and proactive negotiator, while also being thorough, organized, and methodical, capable of managing priorities effectively;
- Is not hesitant to make phone calls to provide accurate and prompt follow-up to clients;
- Is able to express themselves clearly in French, both verbally and in writing, to communicate effectively.

- Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 4500
- A full-time contract or an 80% part-time position, depending on your preference;
