Description

• You serve as the primary point of contact for individual customers, self-employed professionals, and small businesses in the NON-LIFE sector;
• You expand the customer base in the Namur-Hainaut region by tailoring solutions to their specific needs (Inside Sales);
• You welcome customers at the branch and over the phone, maintaining a high level of professionalism;
• You are responsible for recording necessary changes regarding our customers in the various management systems in place;
• You will interact with various insurance companies and manage the preparation of quotes as well as the implementation of contracts;
• You will enthusiastically embody our organization’s strategy, mission, and values in the Namur-Hainaut region.

Your profile

• Holds a degree in insurance or has obtained a broker certification (IFAPME) or has comparable experience;
• Has at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position;
• Demonstrates sales skills enabling them to identify customer needs, recommend the most suitable products, and close sales;
• Holds the certifications required by the FSMA: PCP Insurance, Anti-Money Laundering, Twin Peaks/MiFID, and ensures they are up to date;
• Has a good command of the BRIO software or is willing to reach the required level within 6 months of joining;
• Communicates fluently in French, both verbally and in writing, with a constant focus on the quality of their expression;
• Demonstrates empathy to fully understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions;
• Is self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to integrate into a dynamic and motivated team;
• Is thorough, well-organized, and able to prioritize effectively.

• Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 4000
