Description
- Manage the sorting and routing of incoming correspondence (emails and letters) related to your area of responsibility;
- Organize the filing of documents in the business management platform, BRIO;
- Assist in managing contracts with partner insurance companies, in accordance with instructions provided by the Client Advisor;
- Prepare documents for sending to the client, in collaboration with the Client Advisor, who will review and forward the information to the client or the insurance company;
- Conduct market research (requests for quotes and full management of proposals) with insurance companies for auto, fire, and other insurance products (e.g., legal protection);
- Issue insurance certificates from insurance companies, as well as duplicate receipts.
Your profile
- Has appropriate training or equivalent professional experience in the field;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Demonstrates strong logical reasoning skills in the field of information technology;
- Knowledge of a second language is considered a valuable asset (French/Dutch);
- Excels in organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail;
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change and be flexible;
- Has a proactive attitude, with a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility;
- Possesses good practical sense and a strong solution-oriented mindset;
- Integrates well into a team and values a collaborative spirit.
