Description
You will support claims adjusters in the day-to-day management of claims files (Casualty & Property):- Opening and correctly setting up claims files (policy information, circumstances, structure)
- Administrative follow-up and updating of databases
- Managing document flow in a fully digital environment
- Tracking claims within international insurance programs
- Coordinating with internal teams and international colleagues
- Handling co-insurance claims
- Monitoring claims through external parties
- Processing claims payments

Your profile
You don’t need to be a seasoned claims manager, but you do need to understand the context and be able to hit the ground running:- Experience in the insurance industry is a must (preferably in claims or claims-related administration)
- Strong administrative skills and a structured approach
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- Team player with strong internal collaboration skills
- Excellent knowledge of both national languages (Dutch and French); English is a plus
- Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools
