Description
- A start in September with a phased training program where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Life & Non-Life insurance, as well as sales skills and how the Sales Department operates;
- A four-month training program, during which you’ll lay the foundation for a successful career;
- After this training, you’ll have the opportunity to work in the Life Insurance back office for six months, where, following a brief onboarding period, you’ll handle customer and broker inquiries and manage commercial files;
- A six-month internship with a broker, during which you will shadow client meetings, assist with commercial preparations, and gain insight into their daily operations;
- The opportunity to actively participate in commercial activities alongside Account Managers throughout the entire program, allowing you to get an up-close look at the role;
- Upon completion of the program, you will be given responsibility for your own portfolio and will begin as an Account Manager for Life or Non-Life.
Your profile
- Holds a master’s degree and has 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, the insurance industry, or the financial sector;
- Is quick to grasp new concepts and has a strong affinity for quantitative analysis, with an agile and analytical approach;
- Is a self-starter: shows initiative, is entrepreneurial, and actively seeks out opportunities;
- Possesses excellent soft skills: listens attentively, demonstrates empathy, is diplomatic, and has strong negotiation skills;
- Has a commercial mindset and strategic insight, and, in addition to Dutch, has a solid command of the French language.
