Description

  • You are responsible for overseeing compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, IDD, AML/CFT);
  • You will serve as the Data Protection Officer (DPO), including maintaining records, drafting policy documents, conducting DPIA’s, and providing guidance to various teams;
  • You will ensure compliance with IDD obligations through the regulator and the Cabrio platform;
  • You are responsible for drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts with partners, insurers, and service providers;
  • You support product development and validate the compliance of documents and communication materials;
  • You manage complaints and audits and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities;
  • You advise both the Executive Board and the operational teams;
  • You contribute to risk management and internal control systems.

Your profile

  • Holds a university degree in law;
  • Is fluent in both French and Dutch; knowledge of English is an added plus;
  • Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or within the insurance sector;
  • Is well-versed in the regulations surrounding the GDPR, IDD, and AML/CFT;
  • Demonstrates an independent, structured, and pragmatic work style with a focus on finding solutions;
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and is adept at setting priorities;
  • Has excellent communication skills;
  • Feels comfortable in a cross-functional work environment and can collaborate effectively with both business teams and management;
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and acts with discretion and integrity;
  • Is capable of operating within a regulated and dynamic environment.
