Description

  • You manage your cases from start to finish, from opening to closure;
  • You act in accordance with the wishes and needs of the client for whom you manage the cases;
  • You take the initiative to successfully resolve each case as quickly as possible; to do so, you consult with internal experts to assess the damage and negotiate with the parties involved;
  • You maintain daily contact with counterparties, victims, insurers, brokers, opposing experts, and attorneys, and you know how to adapt to the specific circumstances in each case;

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance and insurance or legal practice/insurance, or have gained comparable experience;
  • You have experience in claims handling;
  • You are a dynamic and flexible person with a strong personality;
  • You take your responsibilities seriously and work in a structured manner;
  • You enjoy working independently but also value teamwork;
  • You are proficient in using standard office applications.
