Description
- You analyze customers’ financial situations to advise them on suitable home loans.
- You guide customers step by step through the loan application process.
- You prepare clear and transparent quotes so that customers know exactly where they stand.
- You answer customers’ questions regarding their home loans and offer support if any issues arise.
- You closely monitor developments in the mortgage market to ensure your knowledge is always up to date.
- You ensure that all administrative processes related to loan applications are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
- You collaborate with other teams, such as risk management, to ensure optimal service delivery.
- You contribute to the development of the product offering and the improvement of processes within the organization.
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience as a mortgage specialist.
- You’re interested in the banking world, and tax matters don’t intimidate you.
- You’re a good communicator and have strong sales skills.
- You enjoy challenges, like to push your limits, and are results-oriented.
- You’re sociable and enjoy working in a team.
- You’re creative and flexible.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch.
