Description
- You analyze and approve new applications for comprehensive insurance policies aimed at SMEs and self-employed individuals.
- You advise brokers and are constantly on the lookout for commercial solutions that meet their needs.
- You contribute to the expansion of our portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Risk assessment: You assess risks and make decisions based on applicable guidelines, policy terms, and other relevant criteria to determine whether we can accept the risk and under what conditions.
- Advice and support: You answer questions and provide guidance to real estate agents and colleagues regarding insurance packages for SMEs and self-employed individuals.
- Capitalizing on commercial opportunities: You identify opportunities for growth and customer retention, thereby contributing to the expansion of our insurance portfolio.
- Formulating solutions: You handle complaints promptly and seek insurance solutions that benefit all parties involved.
- Identifying areas for improvement: You pinpoint bottlenecks and consider ways to optimize our processes and collaboration so we can work more efficiently.
- Projects and efficiency: You’ll participate in projects aimed at improving the department’s effectiveness and efficiency.
- Training and mentoring: You’ll support colleagues by providing them with practical training and assisting them in their work.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Is on the lookout for new business opportunities and proactively reaches out to real estate agents.
- Is solution-oriented and takes the client’s unique needs and preferences into account.
- Is highly persuasive and communicates professionally, both by phone and via email.
- Is a skilled networker and easily connects with real estate agents, whether by phone, at networking events, or in the office.
- Has relevant experience with SME insurance, preferably in a sales or advisory role at a brokerage or insurance company.
- Is fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are a plus but not required.
- Enjoys participating in new projects or initiatives to optimize processes and collaboration within the department.
- Is a true team player and proactively shares knowledge and new insights with colleagues.
