Description
- You are responsible for the careful and efficient administrative processing of customer files.
- You manage your own customer portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for these customers.
- You take proactive steps to provide excellent service.
- You use interactions with customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and insurance or has completed a law degree.
- Has already gained some relevant work experience.
- Is customer-focused, works accurately and is organized.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and remains calm under pressure.
- Works well within a team and contributes to a positive working environment.
- Fluency in French and English is a valuable asset.
