Description

• You will temporarily replace a colleague on maternity leave for a period of 6 months;
• You will be responsible for the digital customer portal, also known as the "Customer Zone";
• You will work closely with another Digital Product Manager and Digital Product Designers (UX/UI);
• You will hold regular meetings with business stakeholders and Product Owners responsible for product delivery;
• Cuzo will be completely rebuilt using a new React stack; the scope for the first phase has already been defined. You will support the implementation, led by the Product Owner; you will maintain contact with business stakeholders and collaborate with the product designers. Meanwhile, you will prepare the definition and development of new features;
• The new Cuzo receives data via a new "data decoupling layer," which ensures more accessible and higher-quality data. With regard to product features already on the roadmap and the desired digital experience, you will help refine the requirements and expand the data model;
• You coordinate the Go-to-Market strategy for each new feature release and organize a monthly onboarding invitation for new customers. You monitor adoption rates and report on them so you can make adjustments where necessary;
• You are responsible for the further development of ContentSquare as a product and behavioral analytics software. Thanks to your expertise, you also support colleagues within the team in using this tool;
• With a focus on key performance indicators, you create dashboards and perform initial analyses of user behavior, conversion, self-service adoption, customer satisfaction (CSAT/CES), uptime, and so on;
• You are responsible for setting up and designing Confluence for daily use within the team and for collaboration with various business and delivery teams via this tool;
• You will set up the structure, spaces, and templates (such as Definition of Ready, product features and specifications, roadmaps);
• You will define best practices for documentation and knowledge sharing;
• You will also guide Digital Product Managers and Digital Product Designers in the daily use of these tools.

Your profile

• Has a passion for and experience as a Senior Digital Product Manager, with a proven track record of leading a digital platform or channel;
• Has practical experience with ContentSquare, including formal certification;
• Has knowledge of and experience using Confluence as a collaboration tool and is familiar with best practices for its implementation;
• Is proficient in data and analytics and has hands-on experience in these areas;
• Is familiar with working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment;
• Has a strong affinity for digital user experience (UX/UI) and can collaborate smoothly with business stakeholders, Digital Product Designers, and the delivery team;
• Combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic and analytical approach; has an entrepreneurial spirit and acts professionally and assertively;
• Possesses excellent knowledge of Dutch, with a good command of both French and English;
• Has experience in the insurance sector or broader financial services;
• Has worked with digital self-service portals for end customers;
• Has a background in go-to-market coordination for digital products, including lifecycle mailings and adoption analyses.
