Description
- You monitor investment portfolios across various asset classes on a daily basis and review positions, transactions, and valuations.
- You manage fund administration, including subscriptions, redemptions, and shareholder registers.
- You monitor capital calls, distributions, and structural changes to investments.
- You serve as the central point of contact for external asset managers and service providers and review their reports and fees.
- You prepare periodic reports and analyze returns for both public and private investments.
- You support investor reporting, board reporting, and the preparation of financial statements.
- You manage liquidity planning and closely monitor cash flows.
- You are responsible for KYC/AML processes and ensure compliance with regulations (including AIFMD).
- You optimize internal processes, manage documentation, and contribute to the further professionalization and growth of the organization.
Your profile
- You have a broad background and may come from various fields (finance, law, or analytics).
- You have relevant experience in back/middle office, controlling, audit, or as a paralegal in a professional setting.
- You are motivated to further deepen your knowledge of fund structures and asset management.
- You hold a master’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Law) or have equivalent experience.
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience within an asset manager, family office, private equity firm, consultancy, finance department, or law firm.
- Knowledge of fund regulations (AIFMD, UCITS), KYC/AML, or FSMA reporting is a plus.
- You have an affinity for private equity and/or publicly traded portfolios.
- You possess strong analytical skills, work with precision, and maintain a clear overview of complex structures.
- You are proactive, self-reliant, and communicate fluently in Dutch, with knowledge of French and/or English; strong Excel skills and discretion are essential.
