Description

  • You manage the opening and closing of checking accounts based on client requests;
  • You review the legal documents required to establish a business (articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, etc.);
  • You are responsible for managing KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes when opening checking accounts;
  • You update client files, including documentation, corporate information, as well as articles of association and authorized signatures;
  • You review client profiles in the HBS system, verifying that system access rights align with the authorities granted;
  • You prepare and submit regulatory reports to the relevant authorities (BNB, FSMA, SOA, etc.);
  • You manage official communications to clients;
  • You provide high-quality customer support;
  • You coordinate your activities with the institution’s various internal departments (ICT, Compliance, AMCO, etc.);
  • You ensure that the company’s website is kept up to date.

Your profile

  • Has a solid understanding of legal principles, particularly in the field of corporate law;
  • Holds at least a bachelor’s degree in law or business administration;
  • Is fluent in English and Italian, and has a satisfactory command of French;
  • Demonstrates reliability, maturity, and thoroughness in their professional approach, with a sharp analytical mind;
  • Is known for their attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently;
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills when interacting with various stakeholders.
