Description
- You update and enhance lawyer biographies on the firm’s website by incorporating recent deals, publications, speaking engagements, awards, and rankings, ensuring adherence to marketing consistency guidelines. You also assist in updating these biographies concerning regional awards and recognitions;
- You coordinate the production and dissemination of various legal updates for clients, which involves formatting documents for print, web, and email. You manage the approvals process among lawyers and internal stakeholders, post content to the website and relevant databases, and create reports on readership following distribution;
- You maintain and refresh the firm's CRM system;
- You help maintain and update the marketing department’s databases and records for European events, rankings, awards, experiences, team calendars, and more;
- You collaborate with the client engagement team to plan and execute firm-sponsored events for clients, including distributing invitations, managing registrations, maintaining participant lists, coordinating event material production, staffing events, and assisting with follow-ups post-events. You also support office client entertainment activities;
- You communicate with the Digital Communications team to request updates to the website and promotions on social media for firm-sponsored events, providing them with relevant details;
- You assist in the creation of the European marketing newsletter;
- You oversee the office's inventory of client gifts and marketing materials;
- You interact with vendors as required;
- You assist with additional administrative and marketing-related projects as needed;
- You produce and update various marketing materials as necessary, such as brochures and presentations;
- You conduct basic research and data collection on clients, contacts, industries, and competitors;
- You maintain precise records of marketing expenses and prepare payment requests for approval;
- You support cross-departmental initiatives with other firm divisions, including HR, Recruiting, CLE, Inclusion, and Pro Bono.
Your profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Possesses exceptional proficiency in English, both in written and spoken forms, demonstrating strong writing capabilities;
- Exhibits outstanding proofreading abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in document formatting and presentation;
- Demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while performing well under pressure;
- Has strong written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions;
- Shows demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with a solid overall IT skill set;
- Prefers candidates with experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing databases;
- Is a collaborative team player who approaches tasks with a proactive and service-minded attitude;
- Brings prior professional experience, particularly in event coordination and/or marketing fields;
- Is knowledgeable about customer relationship management, pipeline management, and experience management databases such as InterAction, Salesforce, and/or Foundation;
- Familiar with marketing campaign technologies, such as Vuture;
- Possesses strong analytical thinking abilities and sound judgment skills to address challenges effectively;
- Can maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all professional matters.
