Description
- You maintain precise employee records and HR documentation in accordance with Belgian legal standards and internal protocols, ensuring confidentiality and a high level of accuracy;
- You prepare employment-related documents, certificates, and standard HR correspondence efficiently and professionally;
- You handle the preparation and verification of monthly payroll inputs, communicating effectively with employees, the Finance team, and the external payroll service provider;
- You oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring timely follow-up on all related documentation, communications, and inquiries;
- You manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, initial documentation, updates to employee files, and exit paperwork;
- You monitor employee absences, leave, and other related data to support accurate reporting and payroll operations;
- You coordinate HR administration for temporary secondments, including following up on relevant employment and compliance requirements;
- You proactively identify administrative challenges, follow up on critical deadlines, and ensure adherence to internal policies and Belgian labor laws.
Your profile
- Has proven experience in human resources administration and payroll assistance, adept at efficiently and accurately handling a wide array of daily HR administrative tasks;
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Dutch, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to employees and internal stakeholders at all levels;
- Possesses a solid understanding of Belgian employment processes, including payroll contributions, benefits management, employment documentation, and employee lifecycle procedures;
- Demonstrate flexibility in tasks;
- Demonstrates a strong capacity to work autonomously, taking initiative while managing multiple priorities and exercising sound judgment in a role that demands a high level of independence and reliability;
- Displays exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities, paying great attention to detail and maintaining a high level of accuracy, while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Has prior experience in an international setting, preferably within a professional services environment, which would be viewed as advantageous;
- Approaches work with a proactive, reliable, and flexible mindset, complemented by a collaborative and service-oriented attitude, along with a practical approach to problem-solving.

- A permanent employment contract with a part-time schedule of 80%;
