Description
- You provide legal expertise and representation for corporate and financial clients, ensuring their interests are protected;
- You act on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, navigating complex legal landscapes with professionalism;
- You engage in litigation across various levels of the judicial system, including district courts, high courts, and the Supreme Court;
- You participate in both national and international arbitration processes, advocating effectively for your clients' positions;
- You leverage your knowledge and skills in law to address a diverse array of legal challenges faced by clients.
Your profile
- You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law and have demonstrated strong academic performance;
- You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, which will be highly regarded;
- You are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent command of English, along with a good understanding of French;
- You possess expertise or a keen interest in the areas of Restructuring and Insolvency;
- You exhibit outstanding legal reasoning and analytical abilities;
- You demonstrate a desire to learn and develop your skills further;
- You approach challenges with a business-oriented mindset, focusing on practical solutions;
- You are adept at prioritizing tasks and effectively managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
- You are a compassionate team player, fostering a collaborative work environment.
