Description

  • You support the development and execution of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory, group, and internal policy standards;
  • You carry out tasks related to sanctions and embargoes, which include monitoring, conducting investigations, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate documentation;
  • You help in recognizing potential sanctions and AML risks and gaps, assisting in the formulation of effective mitigating strategies;
  • You provide daily assistance to the sales network and internal teams regarding inquiries related to sanctions;
  • You participate in sanctions-related projects and initiatives under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and Legal Management (CLM), ensuring any issues are escalated in a timely manner when necessary.

Your profile

  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of essential regulations related to sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML);
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively interpret regulatory mandates and the organization’s policy needs, translating them into internal frameworks and processes;
  • Is proficient in English, French, and Dutch, ensuring seamless communication across diverse teams;
  • Exhibits exceptional analytical abilities paired with a solution-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Holds a master’s degree, showcasing advanced knowledge and expertise in relevant fields.
