Description
- You log all incoming requests in a ticketing system, whether they are technical or non-technical in nature, or involve billing, subscriptions, or the services we offer;
- You carefully review each request and attempt to resolve it yourself initially;
- You configure and monitor subscriptions across various platforms (radio, paging, MVNO, software licenses), while familiarizing yourself with multiple digital tools and systems;
- You inform customers clearly and professionally about incidents, scheduled maintenance periods, or the launch of new systems, thereby helping to foster a culture of transparency and trust;
- You perform these tasks independently, accurately, and with a customer-centric approach, while having the opportunity to grow in terms of responsibilities and expertise.
Your profile
- Holds a college degree or has equivalent experience;
- Has entry-level professional experience, ranging from 0 to 3 years;
- Must demonstrate a good command of French and an intermediate to advanced level of Dutch (B2-C1); must be able to understand and use technical English;
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Is eligible for an entry-level employment contract;
- Has some initial experience in customer service, although this is not a mandatory requirement; motivation, a desire to learn, and commitment are equally valuable qualities;
- Shows an interest in the field of telecommunications and digital technologies, with a willingness to gradually acquire technical skills;
- Is comfortable in a helpdesk or service-oriented environment and enjoys using IT tools;
- Has a team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a results-driven approach.
