Description
- You will be part of the recruitment team and will be responsible for recruiting and selecting new employees within the organization, specifically for the departments assigned to you.
- In consultation with line management and your HR colleagues, you will analyze hiring needs. You will optimize the hiring criteria for the positions, write compelling job postings, and select the most appropriate recruitment methods and channels.
- You proactively search for candidates who meet the established criteria, conduct job interviews independently, and support the departments in handling follow-up interviews.
- You form an independent judgment regarding the suitability of candidates and advise management on the final hiring decision.
- You discuss and justify the financial offer with candidates and conduct contract negotiations.
- You build professional and client-focused relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has significant experience (more than 5 to 10 years) in the entire recruitment process within a complex setting
- Has a keen understanding of various job openings and fields and can effortlessly switch between different tasks and levels
- Is empathetic, relationship-oriented, proactive, practical, and results-driven
- Is fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
- Has experience in the banking or insurance sector, which is considered a valuable asset
