Description

  • You manage Hull and Liability claims, addressing issues related to aircraft damage, personal injuries, and third-party liabilities;
  • You evaluate the general liability, passenger liability, corporate liability, and product liability of insured parties regarding potential claims;
  • You facilitate the prompt resolution of claims by collaborating with all relevant parties involved;
  • You review and assess expert and legal documentation to support the claims process;
  • You keep claims files organized by regularly updating and monitoring their progress;
  • You maintain proactive communication with key internal and external stakeholders regarding any updates and final decisions;
  • You initiate the processing of claims payments efficiently;
  • You strive to ensure the satisfaction of both the broker and the client, aiming for a fair and just resolution of claims.

Your profile

  • Demonstrates a strong passion for the aviation industry and exhibits a eagerness to deepen their knowledge of the field;
  • Proficient in Dutch, English, and French, with language skills at CEFR Level C;
  • Possesses exceptional administrative capabilities, with a keen eye for policy details, structure, and thoroughness;
  • Enjoys articulating and presenting arguments clearly and effectively to clients and brokers;
  • Capable of managing priorities effectively while maintaining an organized approach;
  • Upholds a professional demeanor complemented by a customer-focused mindset;
  • Holds a degree in law, insurance, or a related discipline;
  • Has some prior experience within a claims department (non-life) at an insurance firm or brokerage;
  • Proficiency in the German language, alongside strong English communication skills, is considered an advantage.
