Description
- You manage Hull and Liability claims, addressing issues related to aircraft damage, personal injuries, and third-party liabilities;
- You evaluate the general liability, passenger liability, corporate liability, and product liability of insured parties regarding potential claims;
- You facilitate the prompt resolution of claims by collaborating with all relevant parties involved;
- You review and assess expert and legal documentation to support the claims process;
- You keep claims files organized by regularly updating and monitoring their progress;
- You maintain proactive communication with key internal and external stakeholders regarding any updates and final decisions;
- You initiate the processing of claims payments efficiently;
- You strive to ensure the satisfaction of both the broker and the client, aiming for a fair and just resolution of claims.
Your profile
- Demonstrates a strong passion for the aviation industry and exhibits a eagerness to deepen their knowledge of the field;
- Proficient in Dutch, English, and French, with language skills at CEFR Level C;
- Possesses exceptional administrative capabilities, with a keen eye for policy details, structure, and thoroughness;
- Enjoys articulating and presenting arguments clearly and effectively to clients and brokers;
- Capable of managing priorities effectively while maintaining an organized approach;
- Upholds a professional demeanor complemented by a customer-focused mindset;
- Holds a degree in law, insurance, or a related discipline;
- Has some prior experience within a claims department (non-life) at an insurance firm or brokerage;
- Proficiency in the German language, alongside strong English communication skills, is considered an advantage.
