Description
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse group of clients, with your expertise at the forefront;
- You will proactively provide social and legal advice and support clients in all matters related to payroll administration and the processing of monthly wages;
- You will work closely with international clients, always taking into account both local and foreign legislation;
- For specific clients, you will assume the role of external HR partner, contributing ideas on HR processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
- You will be part of a team of enthusiastic colleagues who are passionate about HR and payroll, creating a dynamic and varied work environment with clients from different sectors and countries.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- Is fluent in both Dutch and English;
- Has at least 5 years of experience as a payroll consultant, preferably within a payroll service provider. Experience with international payroll administration is a strong plus;
- Experience with Prisma payroll software, which we use, is a valuable asset;
- Has up-to-date knowledge of labor law and is motivated to continuously educate themselves on the latest developments in the field;
- Is a strong communicator: can clearly explain complex issues, both verbally and in writing;
- Works accurately and always keeps an eye on deadlines;
- Combines customer focus with a commercial mindset: goes above and beyond to provide optimal support to the client.
