Description
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, both at the counter and over the phone.
- Answering everyday questions about banking matters and referring customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Providing administrative support to the banking team.
- Accurately processing and following up on files.
- Scheduling appointments for customer advisors.
- Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

- Has strong administrative skills and works with precision
- Is customer-focused, service-oriented, and has strong communication skills
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and reliability
