Description
- Serve as the primary contact for all KYC inquiries from clients and Relationship Managers;
- Provide consistent operational support and oversight in daily activities;
- Facilitate collaboration with various departments within the organization to manage KYC processes effectively;
- Ensure seamless business operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Possesses a minimum of three years of applicable experience in the field;
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline;
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Exhibits a keen enthusiasm for finance and banking sectors;
- Is an effective communicator, displaying diplomacy and a strong focus on customer service;
- Can work autonomously with minimal supervision;
- Maintains composure under pressure and adapts well to changing situations;
- Is skilled in identifying and resolving issues efficiently;
- Values accuracy and precision, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
