Description

  • Reach out to prospects and customers by phone or email to inform them about our insurance solutions.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and written inquiries from customers on a variety of topics related to insurance and digital customer platforms.
  • Listen carefully to customers’ needs and analyze them to offer personalized products and services.
  • Ensure that customers or partners are referred to the appropriate experts for questions you cannot answer yourself.
  • Adhere to KPIs and use them to measure and improve your performance.

  • You have strong communication skills and are an active listener.
  • Customer focus comes naturally to you, and you enjoy offering solutions that meet customers’ needs.
  • You think in terms of solutions, are results-oriented, and work accurately and meticulously.
  • You have a cross-functional mindset and can collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • You are a team player who invests in ownership, communication, and improving service delivery.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and are willing to learn French in the future.
  • You are open to change and willing to develop new skills.
  • You are involved in change processes and have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help drive change.
  • Experience in a contact center, customer service, and/or sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of non-life insurance is a plus.
  • You are able to work effectively in both Dutch and French.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 4000
