Description
- You are the first point of contact for both potential and existing customers;
- You gather information about customers’ needs and answer all their questions;
- You offer customized insurance solutions in the areas of auto, home, and family insurance;
- Using your product knowledge and strong sales and communication skills, you assist customers in purchasing our client’s products;
- You are responsible for managing the contracts that have been signed;
- You ensure that the customer is and remains properly insured;
- You report to the agency manager.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance and insurance, or has equivalent experience;
- Is fluent in both Dutch and French;
- Is proficient in using common software applications, such as MS Word;
- Has a customer-oriented mindset and always puts the customer first;
- Communicates clearly and effectively and demonstrates flexibility in his or her work tasks.

- Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 4000
