Description

  • You will be responsible for answering customer calls and handling their requests;
  • You will initiate the credit application process with customers over the phone and follow up on their applications until they are finalized as quickly as possible;
  • You will develop your business acumen by advising and supporting customers, analyzing their situations to propose the most appropriate solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling;
  • As the first point of contact, you will provide relevant information regarding the status of applications;
  • You will demonstrate a business-minded approach, be motivated by challenges, and be committed to exceeding your goals;
  • You will also be responsible for following up on credit applications by phone;
  • You will verify the validity of contracts, supporting documents, and legal notices, and ensure their compliance;
  • You will oversee the disbursement of funds into customers’ accounts;
  • In the event of compliance issues, you will work with customers to identify appropriate solutions.

Your profile

  • Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field;
  • Possesses recognized technical expertise, particularly an in-depth knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Is familiar with call center tools, which is an added asset;
  • Has solid experience in the call center sector, particularly in banking, with knowledge of the credit industry being an advantage;
  • Is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in French, with a good understanding of English;
  • Demonstrates excellent business acumen and a strong interest in the credit sector;
  • Combines customer focus, the ability to handle stress, and a team-oriented mindset;
  • Performs tasks independently and in an organized manner, following a structured approach;
  • Prioritizes accuracy and thoroughness in daily work;
  • Enjoys interacting with customers over the phone and demonstrates ease in verbal communication.
