Description
- Coordinate the processes surrounding mergers and acquisitions, guiding them from the initial structuring phase through to completion;
- Establish new companies and provide expert advice on matters related to corporate governance;
- Manage transactional activities by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, notaries, and advisors;
- Offer transactional guidance on various activities, including: share transfers, joint ventures, investments and divestments , due diligence processes;
- Serve as a reliable advisor for corporate law inquiries, responding to client requests for prompt and practical advice on issues like corporate restructuring or shareholder matters, ensuring you provide actionable insights;
- Engage with both national and international clients, enhancing your professional network;
- Work closely with other departments to address both transactional and advisory tasks effectively;
- Involve all pertinent departments from the start of transactions, ensuring seamless cooperation, particularly with Dutch offices;
- Provide regular advice and coordination on corporate law issues, consulting colleagues when specialized knowledge is necessary;
- Actively participate in your team’s internal meetings twice a week, where you discuss ongoing cases, explore business development opportunities, and delve into stimulating legal topics.
Your profile
- Holds a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian institution;
- Fluent in Dutch, with proficient language skills in both English and French;
- Possesses 4 to 7 years of pertinent experience in corporate law;
- Is an independent professional with a robust sense of teamwork, thriving in a challenging and dynamic work environment;
- Adopts a practical and efficient mindset, ensuring clear communication that avoids unnecessary complexity;
