Description
- Ensure the quality, continuity, and efficiency of facility-related services (maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management);
- Coordinate daily operations while supervising service providers to achieve an optimal balance between quality and costs;
- Lead projects to develop, renovate, and optimize spaces in line with business needs and requirements;
- Actively contribute to creating a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment, in accordance with applicable environmental and regulatory standards;
- Manage the vehicle fleet and mobility solutions (leasing, pool vehicles, charging stations, alternative options);
- Optimize costs and support decision-making through total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses and comparative market studies;
- Adapt the mobility policy in line with regulatory, environmental, and strategic changes;
- Promote sustainable and flexible mobility solutions that meet employees’ needs;
- Monitor and optimize budgets related to facilities and mobility;
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as costs, utilization rates, CO2 emissions, and service quality;
- Produce clear and actionable reports for management, human resources, and finance teams;
- Analyze data related to the fleet, mobility, and suppliers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and transformation;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees as well as internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure;
- Contribute to the professionalization of processes and the evolution of work methods.
Your profile
- Has more than 5 years of relevant experience in fleet and infrastructure management;
- Is fully bilingual in French and Dutch;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for monitoring and reporting;
- Is organized and solution-oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service;
- Can distinguish between a strategic vision and concrete actions, adapting to the needs of the moment;
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communicates clearly and appropriately with all stakeholders.
