Description
- You ensure that the process runs smoothly and correctly, from the initial quote to the coverage application.
- You review and process applications for fleets of up to 5 vehicles (passenger cars, light trucks, trucks, tractors, etc.).
- You negotiate with brokers regarding quotes and rate adjustments, and handle discussions in the event of cancellations.
- You stay alert to commercial opportunities and provide targeted advice.
- You actively follow up on quotes and maintain close contact with brokers.
- You work closely with colleagues from other departments and regularly coordinate with the sales manager.
- You maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and identify commercial opportunities.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably within the underwriting department.
- Is fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and French.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Shows an interest in or has an affinity for vehicles, such as cars and trucks, as well as transportation.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- Is analytically minded and works with precision.
- Is a team player and has a sociable, approachable personality.
