Description
- Handling requests from the police and the Financial Intelligence Unit (CFI) and processing bank investigations;
- Managing criminal and administrative seizures;
- Monitoring and managing dormant accounts;
- Administrative management of the bank switching service;
- Monitoring customer files and related administrative tasks;
- Correction of duplicate data and system updates;
- Issuing certificates and copies of documents to customers;
- Daily update of the MIS based on completed transactions;
- Collaboration with other departments and internal communication;
- Participation in testing phases for new releases (including testing and non-regression);
- Ensuring continuity through backup tasks in the absence of colleagues.
Your profile
- Holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration;
- Is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both spoken and written;
- Has extensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and macros, which is considered a significant asset;
- Has an understanding of the legal framework and procedures surrounding seizures and court/police requests, which is a plus;
- Has preferably gained initial experience in a banking environment;
- Experience with the administrative processing of regulated files is a plus;
- Motivated entry-level candidates with a desire to learn are also welcome;
- Is able to work accurately, carefully, and independently;
- Has a customer- and results-oriented mindset with a constant focus on quality;
- Possesses organizational skills and can set priorities in a demanding environment;
- Is a team player and can communicate effectively with other departments;
