Description

  • You are responsible for the accurate processing and tracking of loan transactions, such as disbursements, repayments, and interest calculations, and reconcile these with the financial records;
  • You collect, process, and manage data and transactions in our central information systems, ensuring their quality and accuracy;
  • You prepare both ad hoc and periodic reports on the funds under management for various internal and external stakeholders, such as investment and valuation committees, boards of directors, and other decision-making bodies;
  • You support the monitoring of cash planning, cash management, and investment budgets for the funds under management or under advisory;
  • You contribute to the broader administrative operations of the Corporate Finance department and, together with colleagues, ensure consistent support for the team;

Your profile

  • holds an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in an economic or financial discipline;
  • has at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative-financial role, such as in lending, fund management, banking, corporate finance, or a similar environment;
  • has a strong affinity for loans, funds, reporting, and financial monitoring;
  • is proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel; knowledge of management or reporting tools is a valuable asset;
  • has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
