Description
- You coordinate and manage the activities of various teams within the Front Office Life division.
- You translate strategic decisions into operational action plans to achieve the set objectives in terms of quality, costs, and turnaround times.
- You conduct SWOT analyses for your department to develop a solid business plan.
- You are part of the Broker Life Operations management team and are responsible for achieving the objectives set out in the business plan.
- You address the training and development needs of employees within your entity.
- You coach and motivate your team members to optimize their performance.
- You ensure a smooth flow of information between the various parties within the department.
- You maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers and contribute to a positive image of your department, both internally and externally.
- You participate in various internal projects and strive to optimize existing processes.
- You stay informed about general trends and specific developments within the market segment in which your department operates.
- You are willing to continuously update your knowledge of the latest trends and developments in your field.
- You work proactively with the DSMLs and the sales teams.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree, or has at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Possesses a solid technical understanding of life insurance and, thanks to prior experience, can serve as an advisor to the team, clients, and brokers.
- Is able to easily establish rapport with brokers.
- Is an excellent people manager with strong leadership qualities.
- Embodies the organization’s values and places great importance on quality.
- Guides and supports the team during change processes.
- Works in a project-based manner and possesses strong analytical skills.
- Can accurately assess client needs and motivates employees through results-oriented leadership.
- Sets a good example by acting energetically and proactively.
- Is fluent in both Dutch and French.
