Description
- You will lead a team of six KYC/AML analysts in the first line of defense;
- You will oversee the onboarding process, alert notifications, and remediation efforts;
- You will ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- You will optimize collaboration between Compliance and IT to improve processes;
- You coach and train the members of your team;
- You prioritize and follow up on cases, including any escalations;
- You validate complex KYC cases and handle alerts;
- You report to management and provide support during audits;
- You work closely with the AML Compliance Officer and serve as the link to the second line.
Your profile
- Has at least 3 years of experience in KYC/AML;
- Has 1 to 2 years of experience leading teams, with a focus on the first line of defense;
- Is fluent in English, as well as at least one local language;
- Has an analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions;
- Demonstrates resilience when dealing with sensitive situations, such as difficult interactions with traders;
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both in presentations to management and in drafting procedures;
- Is fluent in English for interactions with international partners.
