Description
- You will lead a fiduciary team of approximately 8 employees, consisting of junior, mid-level, and senior accountants.
- You coach, mentor, and evaluate team members with a focus on fostering their independence and improving quality.
- You are responsible for the allocation, planning, and follow-up of cases within the team.
- You serve as the technical point of contact for complex accounting and tax issues.
- You ensure compliance with deadlines, legislation, and ITAA guidelines.
- You optimize and standardize internal processes and working methods.
- You actively contribute to the digitization and use of accounting software and tools.
- You work closely with partners and report on the performance of the team and the cases.
- You monitor the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the client portfolio.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar organization in Belgium.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good basic knowledge of French, enabling you to follow meetings (minimum level 6/10).
- You are familiar with various software applications, such as Exact Online, Yuki/Visma, Wbks, and Clearfact.
- You manage your team with a strong set of leadership skills.
- You possess advanced analytical skills, which are considered a plus.
- You take responsibility for your team and are skilled at delegating tasks.
- You are able to provide constructive criticism and feedback.
- You have an eye for detail and ensure quality in your work.
- You are open-minded and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- You act as an effective team leader who consistently follows up with your team members and clients to achieve shared goals.
- You communicate efficiently with your team members and actively listen to them to collaborate productively.
