Description
- You will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the property and casualty insurance sector;
- You will prospect for and acquire new clients;
- You will advise clients on their property and casualty insurance needs and oversee the entire sales process;
- You will refer clients to solutions offered by other departments;
- You actively prospect to attract new clients using your professional network;
- You manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients;
- You receive and meet with clients to inform them and propose tailored insurance offers;
- You analyze client quote requests, obtain pricing from insurance companies with the support of the underwriting team, and present the offers to clients;
- You develop a holistic approach to the client by identifying opportunities in other business areas and referring them to other departments for cross-selling;
- You increase customer retention by analyzing their needs for up-selling;
- You manage customer databases and prepare reports for management;
- You participate in implemented sales initiatives (events and networking);
- You maintain an active and engaging presence in the region’s business networks to enhance the company’s visibility.
Your profile
- Holds a college degree and the certifications required by the regulatory authority (FSMA), combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience;
- Has at least 7 years of successful experience in a B2B sales environment related to insurance;
- Demonstrates in-depth technical expertise in non-life insurance products;
- Knowledge of other brokerage sectors, such as group insurance and life insurance, is a plus;
- Presents a polished professional image, is a networking specialist, and is an exceptional communicator;
- Has the ability to analyze requests and accurately identify client needs;
- Is familiar with the region’s economic ecosystem, particularly in the B2B sector and professional networking;
- Is a strong listener, demonstrates empathy, and excels in the art of negotiation;
- Is motivated by a desire to ensure client satisfaction;
- Is strongly results-oriented.
