Description

  • You will manage and grow a portfolio of property and casualty insurance clients in the Namur and Hainaut regions;
  • You will actively seek out new clients, including individuals, self-employed professionals, and small and medium-sized businesses;
  • You will advise your clients to meet their property and casualty insurance needs and handle every step of the sales process;
  • You will refer clients to solutions provided by other departments within our company, particularly in the areas of Life & Credit;
  • You will actively prospect to attract new clients, leveraging your local network;
  • You will manage and grow an existing client portfolio;
  • You will meet with and visit clients to inform them and propose tailored insurance offers;
  • You will analyze client requests for quotes, obtain the necessary rates from insurance companies, and present the offers to clients;
  • You take a holistic approach to your clients by identifying opportunities in other areas (Credit, Life & Pension, Investment) and directing them to the relevant departments (cross-selling);
  • You increase client retention by conducting an in-depth analysis of their needs (up-selling);
  • You manage customer databases and provide reports to management;
  • You actively participate in organized sales initiatives, such as events and networking activities;
  • You maintain an active presence in the region’s business networks, thereby helping to raise the company’s profile.

Your profile

  • Possesses solid knowledge and professional experience in FSMA approvals;
  • Has at least two years of proven experience in the commercial insurance sector;
  • Has a technical mastery of non-life insurance products;
  • Knowledge of other brokerage sectors, such as life insurance and credit, is a plus;
  • Presents an excellent professional image, is a talented networker, and an outstanding communicator;
  • Has the ability to accurately analyze client requests and needs;
  • Is comfortable navigating the region’s business networks, particularly regarding B2B professional relationships and networking;
  • Possesses strong listening and empathy skills, as well as excellent negotiation abilities;
  • Is driven by a desire to satisfy the client;
  • Is motivated by achieving concrete and measurable results.
