Description
- You are the primary point of contact for your clients and build strong, trusting relationships by providing fast and accurate service;
- You manage the entire administrative process from start to finish: you verify that the client provides all necessary information in a timely and accurate manner, carefully enter all actions into the system, and ensure that everything is correctly recorded with the service providers;
- You investigate discrepancies or incorrect data and consult with the appropriate colleagues to ensure the right solution is found;
- You answer questions from the client and their employees regarding administrative processing. For technical questions about insurance, you refer them to an expert;
- You have final responsibility for your processes and ensure that everyone receives clear and accurate information.
Your profile
- Has a strong interest in employee benefits, such as pension plans, life insurance, bonus structures, disability coverage, and medical expenses;
- Is customer-focused, eager to help others, and works with great precision;
- Excels at administrative tasks and works in a structured manner, with an eye for detail;
- Thinks proactively and actively seeks solutions;
- Is capable of working independently but also enjoys collaborating with colleagues;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or has relevant experience in an administrative role within HR or the service industry;
- Has a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
