Description
- You are responsible for the comprehensive management of our clients’ insurance files, including those of businesses, self-employed individuals, independent professionals, and their families.
- You will work independently to prepare quotes, answer insurance-related questions, and draft policies. Negotiating with insurers and experts is part of your responsibilities.
- You will proactively anticipate clients’ needs and offer friendly, professional advice.
- You maintain close contact with clients to identify their specific needs and support them with relevant solutions.
- You contribute to the growth of our firm by delivering high-quality service and expertise in every interaction with clients.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Finance and Insurance, or has a PCP certificate.
- Has at least five years of experience, preferably in commercial insurance.
- Is a true team player who believes that collaboration leads to better results.
- Has a commercial mindset, is easy to work with, and takes an empathetic approach with a strong focus on customer service.
- Enjoys taking initiative, is results-oriented, and has an interest in the technical aspects of insurance products. Continuous learning comes naturally to him/her.
- Works with the utmost care and organization; this is inherent to his/her work style.
- Has strong computer skills and is well-versed in MS Office.
- A good knowledge of English is a plus.
