Description
- Administrative support for compliance procedures (collection, verification, and updating of KYC/AML documents);
- Updating client files and monitoring legal obligations;
- Preparing reports and assisting with internal or external audits;
- Preparing, entering, and sending invoices;
- Tracking payments and updating billing ledgers;
- Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices and manage credit memos;
- Document management: filing, archiving, and updating databases;
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams (BS, Billing & Recovery, Compliance);
- Organize meetings, draft minutes, and track follow-up actions;
- Answer incoming calls and handle administrative requests.
Your profile
- Fluency in French;
- Training in administration or accounting, or equivalent experience;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or back-office support in a fiduciary firm;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail in data processing;
- Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, accounting ERP, document management software);
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Commitment to confidentiality and strict adherence to internal and regulatory procedures;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Team player, yet capable of working independently;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving administrative processes.

- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 3500
