HR Officer

Join a dynamic team as an HR Coordinator and play a key role in managing human resources for an SME!
You will be responsible for payroll, tracking absences, and the recruitment process, while also helping to onboard new hires.
If you are bilingual in French and Dutch with 1 to 3 years of HR experience and a passion for administration and project development, this position is for you. Description

  • Accurate management of payroll, expense reimbursements, and fringe benefits;
  • Rigorous tracking of absences (sick leave, vacation);
  • Preparation of contracts and HR documents to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing;
  • Full participation in the recruitment process: identifying needs with management;
  • Drafting and posting job openings;
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews;
  • Coordinating all stages of the recruitment process through to the final offer;
  • Preparing onboarding for new employees;
  • Drafting and distributing internal HR communications;
  • Drafting HR letters, announcements, policies, and procedures;
  • Keeping HR documentation up to date and accessible;
  • Assisting with back-office tasks: general administration and office management;
  • Contributing to HR initiatives and engagement surveys to improve the employee experience.

Your profile

  • Bilingual in French and Dutch;
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in human resources, ideally in an SME or a diverse work environment;
  • Methodical and thorough, able to anticipate needs, verify information, and meet critical deadlines (payroll, absences, contracts, documents);
  • Comfortable with administrative personnel management and coordinating with external partners (e.g., payroll service);
  • Full mastery of the recruitment process: drafting job postings, selection, interviews, follow-up, and onboarding;
  • Excellent writing skills to produce clear and professional internal communications;
  • Enjoys a varied role combining HR, administration, and participation in various projects.
