Description
- You will manage the recruitment process and ensure that vacancies in your assigned business domain are filled quickly and with high-quality candidates;
- You will identify the desired candidate profile and conduct competency-based interviews;
- As a specialist, you stay abreast of new trends in digital recruitment channels and can proactively use them to connect with potential candidates, inspiring them to work for the company;
- You communicate effectively and provide professional feedback to all parties involved;
- Nice to have: An affinity for or initial experience with employer branding, social media, or recruitment campaigns is a plus.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree and has at least two years of relevant work experience;
- Is fluent in Dutch and French and has a solid knowledge of English;
- Holds a Class B driver’s license;
- Preferably has an affinity for or some experience in employer branding, social media, or recruitment campaigns;
- Thinks creatively and innovatively, works independently, and knows how to inspire others with ideas and projects;
