Description
- You will work closely with the reseller and report to the office manager;
- You will be responsible for purchasing properties and ensuring that the process runs smoothly;
- Identifying and attracting new real estate opportunities is central to your role;
- You actively search for real estate options, with cold calling being a key strategy;
- Together with the reseller, you work on selling purchased properties, operating as a team;
- You constantly monitor the market to stay competitive and discover new opportunities.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate or a similar sales-related field;
- Has at least 5 years of experience as a buyer; candidates with internship experience as a reseller are also welcome;
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, as well as a good knowledge of English and French;
- For resellers, relevant education may be sufficient; experience is not strictly required;
- Is a strong communicator, open-minded, and sociable;
- Demonstrates flexibility and is willing to work on Saturdays occasionally.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: unknown
- A competitive salary based on the PC 323 pay scale, with the possibility of commission on sales and purchasing. For rental positions, you will also receive a quarterly bonus based on Collective Labor Agreement 90;
- Additional benefits such as a company car with a fuel or charging card, and supplemental insurance such as hospitalization and group insurance. You will also receive a cell phone plan;
- It is important to note that working from home is not possible in this role, as you will be on the road frequently or required to be in the office.
